MQ8 Offers

Each offer below, with its cost to clear stated next to it.

Turnover explained

Turnover, also called wagering or rollover, is the total amount you must bet before bonus winnings become withdrawable. At this platform, it is calculated on the deposit plus the bonus combined, not the bonus amount alone.

For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a RM50 bonus, the turnover applies to RM150. Always check the stated multiplier in the promotion terms before you start playing, as it determines how much you need to wager.

Game weighting

Different games contribute differently to turnover. Online slots typically count in full, meaning every ringgit wagered goes towards the requirement. Live dealer tables, however, contribute only a fraction of each bet, so you need to wager more to clear the same amount.

Low-odds sportsbook selections, such as heavy favourites or certain markets, often contribute nothing at all. If you plan to use a bonus on sports, review the qualifying odds and markets listed in the promotion details to avoid wasted bets.

Maximum bet limits

While a bonus balance is active, the platform enforces a maximum bet per spin or wager. Exceeding this limit, even by accident, can void your bonus and any winnings attached to it. The limit is usually stated in the bonus terms.

To stay safe, set your stake below the cap before playing. If you are unsure, check the promotion page or customer support. Keeping track of your bet size is essential, as a single oversized wager can terminate the entire bonus.

Bonus expiry

Bonuses at the site run on a rolling window that starts the moment the offer credits to your account. You must complete the turnover requirement within that period, which is typically a set number of days. If you fail, the bonus portion is forfeited.

Your original deposit is never taken away, though. You can withdraw the deposit balance if it meets withdrawal conditions, but any winnings from the bonus are removed. Always note the expiry date in your account or promotion terms to plan your play.

Withdrawal process

Once you meet the turnover requirement, you can request a withdrawal via e-wallet or bank transfer. The platform processes payments in ringgit, and you may use Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, DuitNow, or FPX for deposits and withdrawals.

Bank transfer is also available, but processing times vary. Ensure your account is verified before you withdraw, as this reduces delays. The cashier will show your current bonus balance and withdrawable amount, so you can track your progress.

Language support

The platform offers its interface in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, making it easy for local players to read the terms. Important bonus rules are usually available in both languages, but if there is a discrepancy, the English version typically takes precedence.

If you need help understanding a promotion, customer support can assist in your preferred language. It is wise to clarify any unclear points before you activate a bonus, rather than after you start wagering. Clear communication avoids misunderstandings.
